Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website, services and products do not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@viveledon.com, and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

ViveleDon B.V. processes your personal data for the following purposes:

- Sending our newsletter and/or promotional flyer

- Being able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to carry out our services

- Informing you about changes to our services and products

- Delivering goods and services to you

- ViveleDon B.V. also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.

ViveleDon B.V. does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for persons. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems without a human being (for example, an employee of ViveleDon B.V.) in between.

Viewing, amending or deleting data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organization named by you.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data portability of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to info@viveledon.com.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
